This certification reflects and independently verifies the information security management, governance, and operational control frameworks through which Arkan designs, integrates, and operates enterprise communication environments across MENA.   What ISO/IEC 27001:2022 Represents Operationally ISO/IEC 27001:2022 is the internationally recognized standard for Information Security Management Systems (ISMS). Certification requires an organization to demonstrate that it manages information security risk through a documented, systematically applied, and continuously improved set of controls—covering people, processes, and technology. For Arkan, the scope of this certification spans the secure cloud telecommunications environments it designs, deploys, integrates, and manages for enterprise customers. It demonstrates that customer data, communications infrastructure, service configurations, and operational processes are managed through structured risk management, access control, governance, and operational oversight frameworks aligned with one of the most rigorous information security standards in global use.   Secure Cloud Telecommunications Across the Enterprise Stack Arkan operates at the intersection of enterprise communication infrastructure and cloud telecommunications environments. The governance, information security management, and operational control frameworks reflected in this certification apply across Arkan’s core service areas:  **UCaaS          CCaaS          SBCaaS          Managed  Services          Enterprise Voice Infrastructure  ** Across these environments, enterprise customers require communication services that are governed through defined security policies, risk management practices, access controls, and operational oversight. The certification reflects this approach through a verified, independently accredited framework—providing assurance for organizations operating in regulated industries, government environments, and large-scale enterprise deployments where security, governance, and compliance requirements play a critical role in vendor selection.   Enterprise Readiness Across MENA Arkan operates as an enterprise communication enabler and integrator across MENA, supporting organizations that require secure, governed, and operationally controlled communication environments. The certification supports enterprise procurement processes, government tenders, regulated-sector evaluations, and security assessments where accredited information security management standards are increasingly expected as a baseline requirement.
