At the time of employees return from the lock-down, the need for informing and educating them about the preventive policies of COVID-19 was very high. The usual approach was to arrange a training but even if this was arranged remotely through a video conferencing tool, it will not be easy to follow up and keep on delivering and updating the policies on daily basis. The need was to communicate, repeat and update the messages rising from the COVID-19 preventive policies autonomously and through a central management system.
The Crown Prince Private Affairs "CPPA" building is located in Riyadh and accommodates more than a 100 employees in different sections. Arkan utilized its experience in designing a centralized solution to distribute different visual messages to each and every corner of the building.
The solutions was flexible enough to customize the content delivered to each kiosk based on its location, day of the week and time of the day. This helped CPPA team to easily welcome their colleagues back safely and efficiently.
The solution is used to communicate with the employees to address different needs; it helps in maintaining the new safety regulations and social distancing. The solution was based on Samsung products, the worlds leader in digital transformation solutions.
The design did not lack the elegant look that suites the place. Arkan used carefully selected materials to customize the Kiosk to be part of the place it is installed in.
Once the pandemic time is over, the same solution will be used for the communication of the content that suites each and every situation and timing.
